Our REALTORS® may be out showing property or meeting with clients. By calling first, you can be assured that a REALTOR® is available to meet with you and provide you with the one on one attention that you deserve.

Step 2: Meet with your REALTOR®

In order to provide you with the best possible service, we need to meet with you to establish your needs, desires and qualifications such as:

  • Price Range
  • Location

During your meeting, your REALTOR® will speak with you about:

  • Agency relationships
  • Property options
  • Lead-based paint laws
  • Beach management setback
  • Other legal requirements

Step 3: Property Inspection

In the comfort of our Office or your home, we can show you photographs and profile information on properties that interest you.

Step 4: Offer to Purchase

When you find the "right" property, we can assist you in preparing an "Offer-to-Purchase" agreement for presentation to the Seller of the property you are interested in.

To validate the offer, earnest money is recommended. It is in your best interest to make this deposit with your offer. Once your offer is accepted, your deposit will be held in an escrow account and will be credited to you at closing. If the Seller does not accept your offer, your earnest money is returned to you.

Step 5: Acceptance of Offer to Purchase

Your offer will be presented to the Seller. If negotiations are needed, we will handle them for you... Start to Finish!

Step 6: Financing Arrangements

Rely on us to help you select the best financing institution available to suit the property and your needs.

  • We are familiar with options available to buyers seeking financing.
  • We know lenders...and their requirements.

If you desire, we'll make your interview appointment for you.

Step 7: Closing the Sale

From the time you write the offer, until the sale is professionally closed, we will work closely with you, the lender, attorney, surveyor, appraiser and all parties involved in the transaction.

The purchase process may take from 10 to 60 days depending upon terms of the offer to purchase and the type of financing for which you apply.
